GRASSY POINT ESTATESLocated in Port Charlotte, Grassy Point Estates is a 24 hour gated waterfront community with deep water sailboat access to Charlotte Harbor. Grassy Point Estates is centrally located in Port Charlotte, offering privacy and convenience to town. Grassy Point is a very lovely community of 86 homesites with large million dollar plus homes, some homesites are available. Community residents enjoy the Grassy Point Yacht Club and Marina which is situated on a 6 acre sheltered deep water basin .  Some areas of Port Charlotte do not have public water and sewers. Certain areas are designated on the County plan as pending sewer locations. You should be aware of the cost of sewers when considering purchasing a property in a pending sewer area. If you are purchasing a lot in Charlotte County, you should be aware that certain areas are classified as environmentaly sensitive, such as scrubjay habitat territories.
