We window-shopped for at least 5 years the whole state of Florida, N, S, E and W and in between......rented for weeks/months every year in different places, finally chose the Port Charlotte area as the very best location for us....we wanted saltwater front, pool and at least 2B, 2B with a garage.....for under $200,000 if possible.
We had almost given up when along came the perfect place for us...with Florence's help within 2 weeks we had a home inspection, including pest control, survey and flood elevation certificate, title search, bank loan and closing....telephone, electric, water, pool and cable service.......AND a houseful of furniture, delivered and set up free of charge!
We have been here a month now and this is a dream come true for us!
